An excellent Trail Days Video of the May, 2009 event. To Appalachian Trail Thru-Hikers, Damascus, Virginia is known as the friendliest little town on the Appalachian Trail. It is estimated about fifteen thousand backpackers, volunteers and venders made their way there this spring. This 2009 Trail Days video interviews several and gives you a good overview of this annual meeting.
